The property for the variance is located at 6766 East Street\, Medina\, (Parcel# 045-05C-35-007) for the variance from Article III\, Section 301.01 Purpose\, Section 301.06 Minimum Front Yard Depth from Street Right of Way. Ben Gilbert is requesting a forty (40) foot setback from the required one hundred (100) foot set back a requirement that is stated in the York Township Zoning Resolution. The variance is for a new construction replacing previous residence that burnt down in 2020. \nA copy of the application and information will be available for public viewing at the York Township Office 6609 Norwalk Road\, Medina\, Ohio or at the Buckeye Branch of the Medina County Library 6625 Wolf Road\, Medina\, Ohio during normal business hours on or after February 26\, 2025. \nSaid Board will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.  Persons may appear in person or by agent.
