Command Unit 56-2 is utilized by Erhart/York Township Fire Department for all large scale incidents. Unit 56-2 is equipped with a command pull-out tray, pre-plans, and command radios. The unit is also utilized as an BLS equipped 1st responder unit.

Paired with Brush Fire Unit 54-1 the Special Operations Trailer is designated 56-3. The Special Operations Unit responds is equipped with Hazmat, ice and water rescue equipment, spare SCBA bottles, and additional extrication equipment. The unit responds to any call that this equipment may be needed.
